The short version

- Kinster never submits a form for you. You always review the answers and press submit. You’re responsible for what you submit.
- You can cancel anytime and delete your account whenever you like.
- This is a service for adults (parents and guardians).
Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Kinster (“Kinster”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Kinster web app or browser extension (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Who can use Kinster
You must be 18 or older and a parent, guardian, or caregiver acting on behalf of your own family. Kinster is not directed to children, and children may not create accounts. You may only enter information you are authorized to provide: your own, your children’s, and that of people who have agreed to be listed (for example, an emergency contact).
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There’s no password. Keep access to your email secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Please keep your information accurate, and let us know at help@kinster.app if you notice unauthorized use.
What the Service does
Kinster lets you store your family’s information once and reuse it: the browser extension maps your saved information onto the fields of a web form you’re viewing and highlights what it filled. It can also produce a printable one-page summary. Kinster is a tool that helps you fill forms faster. It is not a party to any registration, enrollment, or agreement between you and a school, camp, provider, or anyone else.
You review and submit forms
Autofill is an assist, not an authority. Kinster never submits a form for you. Before you submit anything, you are responsible for reviewing every field for accuracy and completeness, especially health, medical, insurance, and emergency information, where mistakes can matter. You are solely responsible for the forms you submit and for keeping your information up to date.
Free and paid features
Entering, editing, and exporting your family’s information is free. A paid subscription unlocks one-tap autofill in the browser extension. Current plans are $99 per year or $19 per month; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
Billing and renewals
Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on our website. Kinster never sees or stores your full card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (yearly or monthly) using your payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. If a payment fails, we may give you a short grace period before autofill is paused, and we may retry the charge.
We may change prices or plans going forward; if we do, we’ll give you notice and the change will take effect on a later renewal, never mid-term. Applicable taxes may be added.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel anytime from Settings (which opens your billing portal). When you cancel, you keep autofill through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don’t prorate partial periods. Your family information stays free to view, edit, and export even after a subscription ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to enter or submit information you aren’t authorized to provide, or to impersonate anyone;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
- interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or try to bypass the security or access controls of the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to others as if it were your own.
Your information
Your family’s information is yours. You grant Kinster only the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it so we can provide the Service to you, and nothing more. We don’t sell it and we don’t use it for advertising. How we handle, secure, and let you export or delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party forms and websites
The forms and websites you fill with Kinster belong to other organizations, not to us. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or how they handle the information you submit to them. Autofill is provided on a best-effort basis and may not map every field correctly, which is why you review before you submit.
Not professional advice
Kinster helps you organize and reuse information. It does not provide medical, legal, insurance, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.
Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service running, but we provide it as is and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can, and you can export your data at any time.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that autofill will be complete or accurate for every form.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a form you submitted, a missed deadline, or reliance on autofill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Kinster in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kinster harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or information you submitted through the Service.
Ending your account
You can stop using Kinster at any time and permanently delete your account from Settings → Danger zone, which removes your family record and uploaded documents and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Kinster is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before formal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
